Do I need the faceGlove or faceGlove FLEX?
We think everyone needs both.
The faceGlove offers a fleece interior, making it a heavier insulated mask for -30°C and below.
The faceGlove FLEX can also handle tough weather, but is a bit of a lighter protection for active adventures. It also folds up smaller and is more discreet in your pocket.
What is the faceGlove made of?
faceGlove is made with POLARTEC's High Pile Fleece (formerly Sherpa fleece), and POLARTEC's most technical nylon fabric so you can be sure you're getting a quality product that is worth the investment.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! If your faceGlove, faceGlove FLEX, or Bala suffers a manufacturer's defect such as tears or broken straps, just email us at contactus@outeru.ca and we'll replace it completely free!
How does the strap system work?
The faceGlove comes with a thin head strap that is threaded through a slit on either side of the faceGlove. It goes on similar to putting on ski goggles.
The faceGlove FLEX comes with earloops, making it more similar to wearing a surgical mask.
Both faceGlove types can be used with ear loops or the head strap interchangeably.
But will I look silly wearing it?
The faceGlove may not be runway fashion (yet), but we believe experience is what matters. When you're able to stay warm, dry, and comfortable in your coldest adventures without soggy, frozen fabric ruining the fun you'll be glad you chose experience over fashion!

Excellent product. My sunglasses don't fog up, and it protects me from the sun and wind.
The facegolve flex is so comfortable that I tend to forget it's on my face until I try to rub my nose. I was worried about the ear loops because regular hospital.face masks tend to dig into my ears after a short while. I have gone on a few 5+ hour bike rides using the faceglove flex and have not been bothered at all by the ear loops. It does an amazing job at keeping my riding glasses fog free while protecting my face from wind and sun. This will be an essential part of my winter riding kit for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this product.

It took me a few tries to get the hang of the new design, after using an older version for several years. Overall, I think the changes are quite good. I can't wear contacts so fog is always an issue; this is the best solution I have tried. Also, glasses or not, the flex glove is the only product out there that will protect the most vulnerable parts of my face without wearing a huge, overkill, combersom face shield/balaclava type device that inevitably gets soaked and frozen. The Flex glove is light, simple and effective.
As a long time winter cyclist I have been looking for something to keep my nose warm like this for a long time. This odd contraption works amazing. Keeps my nose toasty and my goggles clear! 10/10!
